Also, no where did it say that they will do the R/S. If you read this paragraph, 08/14/2020 date has long past.

Also, last 10Q does not have say anything about R/S that was filed on 11/10/2020.

A company can't file for a R/S until it has been 12 months since the last one. March 20, 2020 was the last one LOL.

SIML shareholders are about to be 'wiped out' AGAIN (for the fifth time).
