inawswami, thank you very much for sharing your due diligence, and obviously all points to some sort of distribution that now appears to be anywhere from $4.00 to $40.00 per share of UWBKQ.

Common sense tells me we much be relatively close to the finalization of this travesty. I do not believe we would have seen the court (ultimately approved) documents requesting to destroy bk court documents in early January 2021 if this were not close to a Final order then termination of cases. Your thoughts, please.

Offboard, we have all worked very hard to solve this settlement question. If a connection had not been made between Venable llp., First Citizen's Bank, UWBKQ, and John E. Bowman [Ex-Director OTS] back in 2012, I wonder if we would even be having this discussion.
