I see no mention of Scott Sand in any of the filings recent from $siml or $bbrw so in my opinion the scammers got the boot and Jef is cleaning the house

Thank you. I also just made the connection and believe I have 100% proof that Bgreen Partners is connected to fraudster Scott Sand.
Bgreen Partners was incorporated in Florida in January of 2019 using the same registered agent as Brewbilt. The listed contact is Anthony Super, mailing address 34630 AVENUE E.YUCAIPA, CA 92399. It’s just a small residence.

While researching Sand, I discovered that the Company he ran, Ingen Technologies, was also based in Yucaipa.

I thought that was interesting so I dug some more.

Optempus Investments LLC was registered with the California Secretary of State’s office in June of 2016. The listed contact is Anthony Super, mailing address 34630 AVENUE E.YUCAIPA, CA 92399. Also listed as an Additional LLC Member is a Ryan C. Sand.
A search of Ryan C. Sand cross references Scott Sand as both a relative and Scott Sand’s current address as a former address of Ryan Sand.

Optempus Investments has a track record of issuing toxic convertible notes to Simlatus.
A simple Google search confirms this. You can also read through previous Simlatus filings for proof.

Optempus is also issuing toxic convertible notes to Brewbilt.

Remember that $4 million consulting fee from Q2 of ‘20?...

‘On April 6, 2020, the Company executed an addendum to the Distribution & Licensing Agreement dated November 19, 2019, with Bgreen Partners, Inc. The Company issued 400,000 Preferred Series A shares at a price of $10.00 per share'.

I have no doubt that the Scott Sand Defendant from this current lawsuit is the same convicted felon with ties to Siml and others.
