HCMC has already said there will be no RS. I’m sure they will retire shares once it’s settled and the price is way up. They aren’t stupid. They managed to put out a pretty good 10k during a Covid year which means they have a business plan and know how to execute it. I’m not pumping this by any means. I’m merely stating what has happened and what I believe will happen.
