This is two banks. Could be minor. Might explain his concerns in the letter regarding new SEC rules on lenders. I’m going to look into this a little further. My only concern is if they can’t get loans from banks due to this, and he’s already expressed concerns about the SEC not allowing these lenders in any longer, where is he going to get future loans? May never need another one. But this is definitely worth looking into. Thanks for the link.
