An acknowledgment of revenue. Something that is plainly known.

BTW: It's obvious from a previous response that I do not believe it's going to go as low as .004. By way of response a hyperbole was made that it's just as believable to say it will go to .0001. The context is very clear but it's understandable in this case, and I do hope that helps clear up any misconceptions :-(
