Is this a real company, with a real future, or just another piece-of-junk OTC-stock run by hacks?

I bought some shares in this stock several years ago, watched the pps go down to the bottom, forgot about it, recently checked and saw that it had reached .0077 per share in the last year.

What is the story here?
