#669 RE: Tstorm #668

I haven't checked the case lately. I think claims period ends tomorrow so Lazar should be filing the request to bar unasserted claims within days and receive a hearing date and time a few days later. The hearing is usually set 30 days or so afterwards and motion will typically get granted at this hearing. It would take serious interference for the motion not to be granted such as Lazar not cooperating and settling a claim and awarding the claimant shares in place of payment. I know a couple people who pay for nearly every court doc related to Lazar so will likely know in Lazar's statement if he mentions any claims brought to his attention during the last 30 days that need to be settled. As per required during the claims period Lazar has had to submit weekly notices in the Nevada legal news. If no entity or individual hasn't stepped forwards it's unlikely they will now and quite difficult for them to place a claim once the claims period ends and once the Motion to Bar Unasserted Claims is granted it becomes virtually impossible for old claims to step forward.
