this is not uncommon in OTC land.... they make deals to sell and get out .... however the merger candidate breaches the deal and then they hijack to get it back.... this happens often.... there are attorneys that specialize in this.... so its not that its illegal... there is a legal process for it...
so the hijacking is not the issue...
the issue is how the stock has been impacted by the fake nonsense news
that is a serious lawsuit...
their only defense is that they were interim management at one time
but they admitted that they did not live up to their agreement
hence they lost control
