How many claims survived the main patent in dispute???? A 10 year battle at the USPTO probably required NLST to amend a few of those claims but I don't believe it fundamentally changed the intent and language of the patent. I remember way back when this started where TXN stole their ideas from JEDEC. I believe NLST gets paid from GOOG but the amount and timing remains to be seen. Good luck to all longs

Thank you. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but that statement alone almost sounds like they are admitting wrongdoing, just limited wrongdoing to minimize the damages. I just keep thinking that G00gs spent quite a bit of time to try an invalidate the patent; seems like they are doing some retracing now.
