Actually I have been saying that from the beginning, posted a whole timeline that seems pretty accurate so far.

Not sure about the holding back on the Uplist those.

Completed COVID finding are ready, Uplist is needed before the release because We need to Institutional to step in to take out the Shorts.

Institutional Investors can buy up to a certain limit from companies on the OTCQB. That will bring in Volume and Price Increase.
