Lots of times companies and ir create the volume so that Company can show they trading x amount of shares a month , $ volume per month . Then they show over a day 6 month period they creating x amount shares / $ volume per month

Then they do a convertible funding at a huge discount and tons shares further hit the market

imagine then when the preferred shares convert to common shares , more to float

If Company would provide transparency you would not be getting posts like this and others thinking of the what if’s and what of’s

Did you notice the 5 mil sell order that disappeared a few minutes ago? Maybe a whale deciding its such not a bright idea to sell at that this price?
