They are NOT going to provide further operational updates until they are financially current. Painful now no doubt, spencer is in his mid 20's so what should you expect. At least he has finally hired a Finance guy to get financials in order.

So in that last PR they said they were waiting for permanent internet from Comcast pushing dates back but that they did get a temorary fix by bringing in there subsidary Telisis to get the net going. No details but would assume they are able to run just not as cost effective as doing it through comcast ( my opinion ).
