What filings? This "company" doesn't even have a website that works. The only thing keeping me interested in this stock is the anomalously heavy buying at the ask the last several trading periods, more so a couple days ago.
100's of thousands of dollars were spent on the ask in unusually large blocks over that last few days. Seems odd for a company with completely delinquent filings and no website IMO... That and there was a large reduction in short shares as of the last FNRA short report of 100% on 2/12...
