Tutto, it has been at least a year, but it was necessary. Full balance sheet clean up and if I read it correctly debt free. I dont believe they are idle, that's why I posted the phone number and location of the facility, so you can verify with your own eyes. They are alive and well and doing alot behind the scenes. They also have a local office and machine shop.
