I was explaining NLST to someone yesterday who asked about it. Their uncertainty in investing is that if there is not a settlement and it goes to trial Google might get off by saying they were unintentionally infringing on the patents. That may be what is holding a lot of people back. Personally, I think that ship has sunk to the bottom. I've have searched the couch cushions for more to invest but others are far more cautious or ignorant.
