There is a concern that phase 2 is projected to complete June/July which sets phase 3 back even further... Again, whats the point of phase 2 if Leo's not all in? And, what's the point of phase 3 in 2022 if many are vaccinated? Is Leo going through the motions or does he expect emergency use after P2?

Spot on MackG. The longs I know continue to accumulate causing those short to dig their hole deeper. Lets see if the Congressional hearings on the GME trading causes changes that force those that sold air shares to buy them back. Go IPIX!!!
