So explain how it works if you know? Don't recall how many subjects per/country in a PR or filing? To me, I'd rather pay extra for US dosing if recruitment stalls in Russia... The Russian strategy "my opinion" is more towards savings for phase 3 or if they have a partner lined up... 120 subject cost savings can't be that dramatic... Get it done ASAP...
