No, it didnt. And its the 3rd time he pushed it later.
Entire market is tanking, their pulling it back for the stimulous.
So thats what I am hearing.

Dont know when it will stop.
Hope we get lucky and NSAV goes up tomorrow, and maybe some luck with forw going up as well.
We find out very soon.
