IMO --- ABWN has not been scuttled because the technology is Extremely Relevant and shall be utilized in capacity that has not yet been revealed to the GP.

Kiss that money GOODBYE! The SEC will be suspending this ticker shortly followed by revoking it. ABWN and its management charged today by the SEC with fraud.
The easiest thing the SEC could do right now to put this trash out of its misery is to suspend for delinquent filings.
