Not sure i understand that logic. I mean if the brothers were serious about a settlement it would of happened before the judgement. Hell I was hoping they would settle but it didn’t happen. As far as this appeal goes I believe the brothers have zero chance that they will win so why the appeal now? Thats the million $$$ question.
