I don't think at this point this changes a thing in GDSI moving forward with collection and wont slow things down. the Bolzans did NOT adhere to any of the judges request for financials and numerous admission of evidence. wasted the courts time and effort. I honestly cant see how this ruling can change when they did not participate in good faith right from day one.
look forward to our response for it to be thrown out. JMHO
