H~E Pennypacker -> I will have to bow to your explanation. I am no lawyer and trying to understand from what I can learn on the matter. But I still think there is more to the situation and why the move to no jury. Either way, March 15th we shall have some more answers/insight. To me, I am just excited to hear anything since Jeff and his companies have been so tight lipped.
