neye_eve, you don't need the speaker leads to boot, slim chance that they're responsible but slim chances are what's left since you've already tried just about everything.

neye_eve - OT - I don't know if you're still working on the PC, but if you are, it would be very helpful to know the details/specs on both 1) all the new parts and 2) all the old parts you are using to swap, as well as the PSU specs.
