Wildfire was supposed to premiere a year ago...

Parkinson announced the "theatrical trailer" for Wildfire would be released in December 2019.

That never happened.

Parkinson then announced a new premiere date, wrote a press release and spent money to get it on the wire.

Then Parkinson blogged about showcasing the trailer at Cannes last year.

That never happened.

I'm sure there are many more proclamations about this unfinished train wreck of a film that didn't happen, but I'm too lazy to look.

If announcing the same thing this year the company announced every other year but didn't follow through on is anyone's idea of "a tsunami of backed up, game changing news," longs are in deeper shit than originally thought.
