why would it be DISSAPPOINTMENT? ONE JUDGE RETIRED AND THE NEXT JUDGE IS TAKING OVER. i WAITED four MONTHs TO HAVE A CASE COME BEFORE A JUDGE THIS YR AND IT WAS THRU a zoom meeting
It is true it would be better to get actual news versus an announcement of news to come. My hope for this ticker is that the new Judge works fast to make a decision and not put these on the bottom of his pile to get to whenever. I would hope they reassigned these cases because this Judge has time to work on them. Only time will answer these questions. It is still thought to hold in a down 30% day. GLTA.
