I am sorry, but I just don't see the oval office or its policies helping PLUG.

The main point of leverage for PLUG in DC looking ahead will likely continue to be Senator Chuck from NYS, and we will see how the discussions to keep PLUG grounded in upstate NY will continue to unfold (hopefully to PLUG's benefit) going forward.
