This makes sense. The voycare.com site seems to be intended for everyone else to see as more of an informative, "placeholder" type site that lets us know what they're in the business of and how it works.

I looked up Zhenning Rd in Shanghai where the Voycare headquarters are abroad and it's right in the middle of what looks like a bustling part of town.
