Leo has regressed as CEO if that's possible? The old Leo would have replaced Dr B or had a number 2 in charge identified... Also, a third BOD would have been added... Zero SH meetings, zero corporate outlooks, zero PR's about financing... IPIX has turned into a one-man operation... scary!!!
