I honestly for the life of me cannot understand what is taking these companies so long to get current!
Is it really that hard to upload 2 years of annual filings??
I wish these companies would get their sh*t together already!
Otherwise at least let investors know what is taking them so long!
And don’t blame the OTC - they are working just fine!
They process applications within 3 - 4 weeks and it is up to the company to upload their filings once they get
access to the OTC markets website.
Maybe for some companies that just isn’t a priority, I have no idea!
But I do not believe all these people that say that a company filed with the OTC like 6 months ago, and
still have not heard anything! That is total bs!
Let’s hope these guys can get current before the 13th of March.
Like BB said, this is nuts just because the company is late on one filing, but as we can see,
this is so easy to manipulate to the downside, till the company gets current and puts out their financials!
We could literally be told that they have 100,000 sales team members and you would still have idiots
selling at these levels everyday!
