If you buy stocks like this with no regard to financials, filings and history, you sir are the one at a loss. You just got suckered into another reverse split. Congratulations! I have made so much money since Jan 1st that I am having to estimate my tax and pay uncle Sam this Quarter and this isn't my day job. The last filing was for period ending Sept. 30th so Take your fingers and count as to when Q4 should be due. Fact is they are late every year. With $14 million in loses for the first three quarters this tiny company of 19 employees is in no hurry to file again. LOL. I can't wait for Blue Citi to start converting that million. Good luck!
