Excuse me, I thought your question had to do with claim construction and interpretation of claims. But I've been wrong before and will probably again. lol
I read here the other day about a First to File situation. When there are multiple cases centered on the same dispute, even if they are in different jurisdictions, the First to File will proceed to set the precedent for the others which will remain on a stay until the outcome is determined. This avoids wasting resources of the court processing essentially duplicates of the same case.
