$HEMP Congress already has two marijuana reform bills in motion. These are the MORE Act and the STATES Act. The first, the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act, fully removes marijuana’s status as a controlled substance. Secondly, the Strengthening the Tenth Amendment Through Entrusting States Act removes many of the conflicts arising between state and federal marijuana laws.
