I didn't say they were up to something shady but originally they said share structure of "authorized shares" would remain the same.
That having been said the percentage of ownership would drastically be reduced if a 4000 or 7000 to 1 reverse split took place and "authorized shares" remained the same.
They can't reverse split on other people's stock without doing their own.
