It is my opinion that the whole "trading scheme" was hatched way back in the early days of the Loftwerks public vehicle.

I think you're right. I also think the idea was to take each successive "company" private again. First Loftwerks--that happened--then Sulja. Then probably Petar's new development would move into the shell, and would in turn be taken private again.

Just speculation, of course.

Oh yes. Look at Rufus and CSHD, he'd been working for at least 2 years on his sceme before the SEC sent it tumbling down. Lets be honest, you don't pocket 7.8 million without a good plan and you have to have the cooperation among many people that you trust. You can't have someone letting the cat out of the bag before the big dump. And like I said before, there's more than one way to make money on a stock. IMO, the big money was made Nov. 16. There was plenty of people in the know that knew there were no AFs. Petar's deadline was the perfect way to let all those people get into a great short position and make a whole lotta cash. Maybe it was a goodwill gesture on his part for cooperation in the matter of dragging a lot of names through the mud with him. They might be cons, but they're rich ones.
