The only CSO product that they had exclusive rights to, in North America only and subject to sales goals was the Paramax. The one that never got FDA approval.
All other CSO products were non exclusive.
They did manufacture some of their own products at one time but that is all shut down and history.
CSO products are available currently in the US, and no, not through a company that shuttered all operations in 2013/2014.
It's a shell. It could be sold, it could be resurrected in some form, but there has been no indication that the former business has any ongoing operations and there have not been any since the time they said there were inactive, with no business operations, no paid employees or corporate office.
