A clinical trial Sponsor has up to 21 days after the start of the trial to register it on clinicaltrials.gov. The website has a review process of up to 30 days to ensure formatting is correct and information is uniform across the registration.

At this point the trial registration would have to be with the website. It's now on clinicaltrials.gov to finish reviewing the registration before it is posted.
