Sorry, not quite a decade, 2013/2014 is when they said it was over. There has literally been nothing since then.

The last news from them was Dec 2011 though.

It's taken some time, effort and funds to keep the legal entity and the name around during this interval.

No, NOBODY has spent any time, effort, or funds on Paradigm-Medical (PDMI) since 2013 when Davis quit.

The "legal entity" is long gone. The name will linger on forever on the pinksheets. The SEC will never revoke the CUSIP unless they have a specific reason to do so. There are THOUSANDS of dead tickers like this one laying around. Welcome to the pinksheets.

It costs $10 to get the status of Paradigm from the Delaware Secretary of State. It's file number 2554597 -- a waste of $120 in my opinion but anyone seriously thinking about "investing" in PDMI should absolutely spend that $10
