I remember the last time this ran. The insiders were buying ar 0.0007. They sold at 0.0066 ~ 68
They bought again at 0.0007 and sold at 0.099

So the buying at 0.0003 and 0.0004 are encouraging for a run to 0.004 or above

Worth the wait.
