Keeping investors guessing is a losing proposition. I understand the delays and would anticipate there would be some delays especially since this is a penny company. The last we heard is that a letter of credit had been sent to the bank of KPAY. So at least we know the buyer is solvent. Now we just need to get confirmation that they are delivering on the contract.
