Re diluting, I can't prove it isn't, but I doubt it.
The O/S hasn't changed overly much in a while (5.1B 'held at DTC' according to otcmarkets), so it's only dilution if the company is selling new shares (already existing in the current O/S) that it has held back from the market. Is there reason to believe it is doing that?
Based on 15-minute delayed data, so far today buy volume is 16.1M, sell volume 21.9M, with ?volume 4.8M. That just looks like more short-time investors (=flippers) getting out after recent buy-ins since this hasn't taken off into copper-land yet.
I do, however, think this could keep falling. .0014s are on the BID, and there are only 4.5M of them. .0012s are next.
