its the name of the game in the OTC world I was up 20,000% on another stock the SEC halted over some bs I had did days of research on the company still don't believe the sec should have halted it. its the reason and reason besides the old toxic debt that they are walking away from it, i'm sure if the SEC hadn't given them a time table but think with the covid the courts are back logged by the time they fought the toxic debt holder in court fonu could easily be delisted to the greysheets cause of the SEC power grab to kill the OTCM and protect the hedge funds and short sellers. lucky UAPC is getting current and has no toxic debt and RVD on board...
