Well said Hooparena. The management and board are very impressive. Outside of Dye's group that helped turn around Alberstson's, the board includes veteran board members from Bain & Company and Mckinsey who specialized in supply chain mgmt and M&A work. The multi-channel, low margin skillset from grocery in very transferrable to this sector. I can't wait to hear about the unidentified acquisition and earnings on 3/31
