This could go under .10 easily. The tell-tale sign was the 'dividend.' That's a cheap gimmick used by scammers to attract marks so they can dump shares. AABB should have been able to rise on its own merits without such gimmickry, but now we see the results. It seems a shame, because if this were legit it really could go to $5. The concept is a good. Instead, it's a scam.
