I really think some are scared to buy now that the SEC is cracking down on OTC. But I also have been trading for years and know these typically bounce...for now it appears 12 is bottoms...those that need to average down will probably buy here under 002 IMO. If we get enough buying pressure BRNE see's 003s and maybe 004s again.
