THE_MYTH_OF_A "90_DAY_LIMIT" TO_APPELLATE_DECISION_DAY_BS !!

NO "limit" on how loooong the 11th Circuit can take to "render a decision" even exists? It can TAKE AS LONG AS THEY WANT !!

The 3 judge panel can literally take 6 months, they can take 1 yr (NOT unusual at all) or even longer "if needed" - NOTHING is fixed at supposed "90 days" or anything close to that ?????

We are half way through the 90 day time line at this point. I hope the judges see how important their decision is on this case and see that the FDA'S case is over reaching their control of a same day surgical procedure. USRM argument does not contain any "cell banking" which I believe should help their case. I truly believe the FDA case is 100% pressured by big pharm. Politics and money is what we are Ultimately looking at here.

Not sure where the "90 day time limit" MYTH has come from?

FEDERAL APPEALS - can take a long, long, long time to be decided and published etc?

6 months to a YEAR is not unusual? Where is this 90 day MYTH coming from?

Check out some of the 11th Circuit recent decisions - just recent published decisions and one will find ONE YEAR from time of oral arguments to written posted "decision" in many instances. Federal judge panels CAN TAKE AS LONG AS NEEDED - literally, to come to their final decisions ?

AND the courts are back-logged profusely due to COVID making their normally slooooow pace even slower?

Example from recent 11th Circuit CRIMINAL CASE (CRIMINAL moves faster than Civil = criminals have priority, always !) -

SEE THAT - check the ORAL ARGUMENTS CALENDAR date = heard on JAN 31 of freaking 2020 !!

THAT IS "NORMAL" and not unusual in the slightest at federal appeal level - so not sure where this "90 day cast in stone" bullshit came or is coming from ?????

NUMEROUS sites are available by experienced appellate attorneys - and the word is AS LONG AS IT TAKES and SLOW is what to expect !!

CASE WAS FOUND "AFFIRMED" as in lower court "STANDS AS IS" !!!

You think these judges aren't a tight "club" and know and support and assist each other, LOL !!!

THEY DO NOT "GO AGAINST" each other very often - the overturn rate is LOW at the appellate level ! Thems the facts - it's "how it is" !

But this "90 days to get a decision cast in stone" = BS !!!

SPREAD'S_GONE_MEGA_WIDE = LIKELY_DILUTION_FAKE_PUMP !!

Look at the freaking spread - it's a 100% FAKE ASK and the Bid is not there to support it = textbook DILUTION FAKE-Ask mini PUMP !!

Buy on the Ask and it's an insta 25% LOSS to the nearly non existent Bid.

$94 bucks being used to pump it to that phony Ask number = NOT HEALTHY OR A GOOD WAY for this to trade !!

Makes it suspect and scammy as always = old USRM and BHRT bullshit style as usual !

Looks EXACTLY like how they used to set this thing up to DILUTE and UNLOAD SHARES for years and years - the MEGA SPREAD with no bid under it = B A D BAD IMO !!

Why does USRM always have to go the scammy way ???????
