It does NOT say a merger is coming. It says we INTEND to merge. Huge difference. They INTENDED to merge more than 18 months ago. If a company says they INTEND to show a profit does that mean they will show a profit?
I'm sure that when this CEO did the merger with his other stock over a year ago he INTENDED that it would be good for shareholders but it has been a disaster. The stock traded at .11 when the merger was announced and has been in a free Fall since and now traded down over 98% from that time at .0016.
That was dated some 7 months ago. What have we heard from the CEO since then? Not a word. So it could be 7 months, a year, or 2 years but he INTENDS to do a merger sometime?
