we sit at .33 and Leo is issuing shares like candy - that is what I'm looking at. The market is speaking about the credibility of Leo and his disaster as CEO. no wonder this stock stinks - he has undelivered forever and can't even fill out a grant application correctly.
Unless we get real outside funding - none of this BS matters - it's all PR OTCBB hype. where is the real money??????????????????????
