The only thing I do not like is the fact couche-tard is not known for taking care of its shareholders. They rated 9/10 in shareholder value with 1/10 being the best. I know the deal will benefit couche-tard but I want it to benefit me too..... I lived through the Acreage/ Canopy debacle so I am gun shy. Rich man takes very good care of himself... not others.
