Yep. Getting closer day by day. The law firm filed a verified return of non-service on 2/27. Interestingly, there are two types of default in Florida - Buy the Clerk or any the Court. I read that because of overcrowding and covid most Plaintiffs are exercising the Clerk, which is even faster than by the Court. In that case, a party doesn’t need to even go before the judge to obtain judgment, it’s handled administratively since the defendant has filed no response and or failed to enter an appearance in the case. This may go quicker than expected, but not sure 100 percent if that’s the route. Anyways, I’m like our odds! Next docket entry should come soon and award the relief sought which is to compel a shareholders meeting by prescribing a time place and manner...exciting
